1. Basic Web site customers : Use "ftp.boernenet.com" as the Host Address as shown.
2. Domain Web site customers : Use your IP Address or your domain name as the Host Address.
   Note : This will only work when your domain name has been finalized with Network Solutions. In the meantime, you must enter your IP number in the Host Address area.

1. Once you are connected, click on the "www" directory. This is where all of your files are to be placed. You will now see a list of the files in your current directory.
2. To transfer files to your account, select "Upload" from the "Commands" menu, and choose which files or folders you wish to upload.
3. To download files from your account to your home computer, choose the file you wish to download, and select "Download File" from the "Commands" menu.
